To maintain this standard Mega DirectLine has certified IPC-A-620 trainers on staff to provide ongoing education to all employees. With this training, we ensure that our connections are of the highest quality. Our wire harness quality control procedures are in place to eliminate unnecessary errors and keep prices low by preventing profit loss. Consequently, every terminated harness that leaves Mega DirectLine Inc. is tested for continuity, plug accuracy, wire routing accuracy, and termination quality prior to leaving our facility.

Schematics & ECAD
We recognize that wire harnesses in every industry need to be made with the utmost quality and precision. In order to build or modify customized wire harnesses for unique jobs we use customer blueprints and schematics to design the wire harness, so the end product is exactly what our client needs.
When blueprints or schematics are not provided, our electrical computer aided design (ECAD) software, Arcadia, allows us to draw prototypes of units to ensure accuracy and quality. They are a trusted industry partner, and their software enables our team to design & simulate electrical systems and wiring harnesses.
